Now you can consult a doctor when it suits you

In cooperation with PFA, we will be offering all employees access to Online Doctor, which gives you the option to get professional medical advice from a general practitioner by video, phone or email all days of the week from 08:00 to 22:00 and on weekends from 08:00 to 18:00.

Consult a doctor - weekdays, weekends and public holidays

At Online Doctor, you can get an appointment with a general practitioner who can help you with many of the same issues your own doctor can. The online consultation gives you the option to have a consultation with a doctor when it suits you - in the daytime, evening, the weekend and on public holidays. There is no transport time and you can be at home, at work, in your holiday cottage or on holiday.

For example, Online Doctor can:

• Give you professional medical advice and treatment by phone or video
• Answer questions by email within one hour during opening hours
• Issue and renew prescriptions
• Refer you to treatment at public hospitals.

Getting professional medical advice is this easy

Online Doctor is provided by Hejdoktor and makes it easy to get professional medical advice by using your mobile phone or computer:

1. Go to hejdoktor.dk or download the Hejdoktor app in the App Store or Google Play
2. Log in to Hejdoktor.dk and enter your company email address
3. Choose if you want a consultation by phone, video or email
4. If you choose a consultation by phone or video, you can decide if you want to make an appointment for later or wait in the queue and get an appointment within about 5 minutes
5. The doctor will then call you
6. The doctor will send any referral, prescription etc.

Your family can also use Online Doctor

Your spouse or domestic partner as well as children with the same registered address also have the possibility to have online consultations etc.
